By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
The Art of Surrender
The Art of Surrender is a live online event delivered via Zoom.
Event details, including the date, time and joining information, will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Refunds
Tickets for The Art of Surrender are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the replay where a replay has been advertised as part of your ticket.
Refunds will only be offered if the event is cancelled and no rescheduled date is provided.
Rescheduling
If the event needs to be rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date.
Replay access
Where replay access is included, the recording is provided for the personal use of registered attendees only.
Please do not share, reproduce, distribute or sell the recording without permission.
Intellectual property
All event materials, recordings, written content, exercises and other materials provided by Omotayo remain the intellectual property of Omotayo unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.
Personal responsibility
Events, mentoring and related materials are provided for educational and personal-development purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
Technology
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide uninterrupted access to live online events, but occasional technical issues may occur.
If a significant technical problem prevents the event from being delivered, information about any rescheduling or alternative access will be communicated by email.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
